REP's DMU team is responsible for on and off-site engineering and consultancy services across A400M activities for many Primes and Tier 1 customers.

With a central base at Airbus UK (Filton), REP is involved in Zone Control, Clash Detection, Integration and Vaulting, and also acts as Technical Liaison across all Wing structures for overseas suppliers. Support ranges from 'ad hoc as required' through to full project control.


REP's DMU team is responsible for on-site engineering and consultancy across A400M Wing electrics & systems programmes for a number of Primes and Tier 1 customers.

Based centrally at Airbus UK (Filton), REP performs Zone Control, integration and vaulting, primarily on a flexible 'as required' basis, thus reducing both delivery time and cost for it's customers.


REP's CADCAM team were responsible for the full industrialisation of Titantium Levers & Links for A380 Slats & Tracks. Utilising Catia V4, REP were tasked with production planning, CNC Programming, Tool Design & Build, Prove Out and post production support. All engineering was performed off-site, with close on-site co-operation throughout the prove out phase.

This project was delivered on time and to budget, and has led to many further contract awards.


REP's CADCAM team were responsible for the full industrialisation of a large complex Landing Gear Drag Strut.

Utilising Catia V4 & V5, REP were tasked with production planning, CNC Programming, Tool Design & management of customer supply chain, Prove Out and post production support on a Fixed Price basis. All engineering was performed off-site, with close on-site co-operation throughout the prove out phase.

This project was delivered on time and to budget, and has led to many further contract awards.


As a leading manufacturer of composite parts, our customer tasked REP with creating and implementing a new machining strategy capabale of increasing production quality whilst reducing cycle times.

Assuming full technical control, REP undertook Design Modifications, Methodolgies, CNC Programming, Tool Design & Build, prove out and post production support on a Fixed Price basis.

In order to allow our customer to meet demanding production rates, REP created tooling and NC Programmes that allowed for a complete ship-set to be produced in one cycle, with the ability to machine individual ribs as and when required. In doing so, REP was able to produce a proven methodolgy that both increased product quality and dramatically reduced machine cycle times.

Performed on a Fixed Price basis, this project was delivered both on time and to budget.


REP were asked to put together a specialist CAM team capable of manufacturing small, medium and large complex Aero Engine components.

In doing so, REP are now responsible for methodology, CNC Programming (UG NX 2&4), Post processor design & build, new cell integration and production of many complex parts including small & medium cases, shafts, turbine structures and fan/compressor structures for a variety of manufacturers across Europe.

Our ability to create, manage and control teams that delivers high quality, right first time engineering, has seen REP awarded long-term contract extensions.
